RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with your 94 Apparel order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
CHANGE OF MIND & SIZING
If you purchase from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the item to us within 14 days.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You may handle an item as you reasonably would in a shop to check its nature, characteristics and fit. We may reduce your refund if the item's value has been diminished by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.
For change-of-mind and sizing returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
To start a return, contact us at info@94apparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return instructions and return address.
Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@94apparel.com as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where appropriate.
Where an item is faulty or incorrect, 94 Apparel will cover the reasonable cost of returning it to us. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process any refund due to your original payment method.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel the whole order, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge you paid, where applicable. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional amount above our standard delivery charge.
Refunds will be made within the time required by applicable consumer law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
LIMITED & NUMBERED PRODUCTS
94 Apparel operates using limited releases, typically with around 50 of each design produced. Returned items may therefore be unavailable for exchange once a particular size or design has sold out.
Where an exchange isn't possible, we will issue the appropriate refund instead.
EXCLUSIONS
Certain items may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation where an exemption under consumer law applies, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty or not as described.
